- : action. Trudge Aminet I suppose.

- Working on it...

- : If one ever gets picked, there are a couple of Escom
- : shops locally where I can
- : ask. If not I'll just put a disk in on my way out :)
-
- What I've done is made a self-booting disk which loads HoisAGA. Off the
- top of my head its aminet path is demo/aga/HoisAGA.lha It does some nice
- effects and has reasonable music with it, and it runs in Acts which is
- good. The final section, unfortunately, reverts to scrolling text,
- although two screens get moved round above it, fading in and out with one
- another, which is OK but repetitive. That section lasts a good few
- minutes and I can't skip it. The nice thing is that although it doesn't
- loop, it does reboot when it's finished, so as long as the disk is there,
- there's no problem and it'll just keep going. I'm still fishing round for
- other suitable ones, the problem is that the some of the older demos, I
- suspect the dms compacted ones, won't take kindly to the disk drive not
- sending out a ready signal. I suspect that was the problem with the Point
- of Sale demo which failed to do anything whatsoever...
